Our group CrossFit classes are dynamic, motivational, supportive, challenging and fun! Every class is led by a coach who will walk you through the warm-up, a strength or skill session, and the workout of the day (the WOD). Movements are infinitely scalable, which means that we can modify any movement to your individual skill and fitness level.

What is a typical CrossFit Class Like?

A CrossFit class is a one-hour group session led by a coach.

A typical class looks like:

    •    Whiteboard brief — The group arrives and circles around a whiteboard or TV at the front of the class. The coach will talk through the workout, the movements within it, the intended stimulus, and ideas for scaling. Some gyms have a ‘question of the day’ and ask each person to say their name and their answer to help people get to know each other.

    •    Warm-up — The coach will lead the class through a warm-up to prepare for the workout.

    •    Skill practice —The coach will lead the class through skill practice, typically related to the movements that appear later in the workout.

    •    Workout prep — Each person will get out the equipment necessary to do the workout, such as a barbell or rowing machine.

    •    Workout — The coach starts the clock and everyone does the workout together.

    •    Clean up — After the workout is over, athletes give each other fist bumps and wipe down / put away their equipment.

Nutrition Coaching

$40/month

It can be overwhelming to navigate the big wide world of diet and nutrition on your own. At LCF, we’ve done the research and tested the results and stand by our proven approach to our SUSTAINABLE, healthy way of eating and managing your goals

With the accountability of your nutrition coach at LCF, we will work towards establishing healthy habits and building your diet to suit your goals and individual needs. 

With a six-month commitment, our Members have access to this face-to-face coaching for the low Membership Add-on price of $40/month.

*Non-Member Nutrition Coaching price: $65/month.
