Meg Kennedy
About Meg:
Having earned the position of top 3% in the Worldwide CrossFit Open 40-44 age group in 2024, Meg is also the proud Wife to her Husband, Matt, and the caring Mother to their three children Katie, Calder and Avery, each of whom share Meg’s passion for the sport of fitness and the freedom and opportunities it brings to their lives.

Coach Meg is best known for her passion and enthusiasm out on the floor. She loves the life-changing potential of CrossFit and is 100% invested in delivering the best possible class experience to our members every single day.

Watching kids of all fitness levels fall in love with exercise.

Matt Kennedy
About Matt:
Matt is a Certified Firearms and Less-Lethal Force Instructor for the Department of Homeland Security and the faithful father to three awesome kids and husband to Meg Kennedy, Owner of Littleton CrossFit.

Some of our favorite qualities of Matt’s are his natural ability to listen to an athlete, then adjust his teaching methods in order to best meet their needs. He holds strongly to the position that CrossFit truly is for anyone.

Watching so many people take hold of their lives through fitness.

Mark Wilson
About Mark:
Having earned the position of top 8% in the Worldwide CrossFit Open Men's Individual Division in 2024, Mark is also the dedicated husband and father to his 2-year old son, Elek and wife, Maddi, who both regularly train and tag along with us at LCF

Some of our favorite qualities of his are his presence and attitude in the gym and his expertise and experience in teaching and demonstrating the Olympic Lifts and Gymnastics skills.

Seeing people's confidence build as they start learning things they never thought were possible.

About Casey:
Casey is an experienced Rowing Instructor and Personal Trainer in addition to being an exceptional Mother and Wife to husband (and well-respected local Police Officer), Chris Wilkins and their two budding CrossFit Kids Athletes, ages 6 & 4.

Some of our favorite qualities of Casey’s are her diligent and selfless attention to detail and relentless pursuit of excellence, in herself and in our athletes as she leads them into proficiency and then mastery of the sport.

About Danny
Having earned the position of top 3% in the Worldwide CrossFit Open 40-44 age group in 2024, Danny is also the adventurous father and husband to his wife Heidi and their three adorable and extremely athletic kids, Cypress, Juniper and Baby Oren.

Mike Anderson
About Mike:
With 14+ years of experience as the owner of CrossFit Malibu, among other impressive titles in the world of athletic training, including having been the Head of Physical Ed. at Pepperdine University for a time,
Mike is the sage husband and father to his wife Kristin and twin 9-year-old son and daughter who take adorably-closely after their parents.

One of our favorite qualities of Mike’s is his vast knowledge and expertise in the application of the CrossFit methodology. He sharpens our team and members alike when he adds valuable and interesting background to foundational movement.

The skill and proficiency of the other coaches and the friendliness and supportiveness of the athletes.
Q. #2: When I was 5, I was sure I'd be an explorer when I grew up.
Q. #3: If we held a gym talent show, I'd wow everyone by nerding out on topics like the Kreb's Cycle, applied kinematics of the Olympic lifts, or the epistemic debasement of modern medical research via use of null hypothesis significant testing in combination with consensus science.

About Hannah:
Hannah is passionate about fostering the sense of connection and belonging we strive for every athlete to feel here at LCF. From the moment you walk through our doors, especially if you're one of our early-morning class-goers, no matter your experience level or time with us, you're part of the family.
One of our favorite qualities about Hannah is her warmth and subtle sense of humor. She'll quickly have you chuckling through your workout with her quick wit.

The people! I've been inspired by the strong community and the commitment LCF's members have to supporting each other to reach goals in and out of the gym.
