Meg Kennedy

About Meg:
Regularly earning her place in the top 5% in the Worldwide CrossFit Open over the past many years, Meg is the proud Wife to Matt Kennedy, and the caring Mother to their three children Katie, Calder and Avery, each of whom share Meg’s passion for the sport of fitness and the freedom and opportunities it brings to their lives.

Coach Meg is best known for her passion and enthusiasm out on the floor. She loves the life-changing potential of CrossFit and is 100% invested in delivering the best possible class experience to our members every single day.

About Matt:
Matt is a Certified Firearms and Less-Lethal Force Instructor for the Department of Homeland Security and the faithful father to three awesome kids and husband to Meg Kennedy, Owner of Littleton CrossFit.

Some of our favorite qualities of Matt’s are his natural ability to listen to an athlete, then adjust his teaching methods in order to best meet their needs. He holds strongly to the position that CrossFit truly is for anyone.

About Mark:
Being a hardworking athlete himself, Mark regularly earns his place in the top 8% in the Worldwide CrossFit Open Men's Individual Division and is also the dedicated husband and father to his two young children and wife, Maddi, who both regularly train and tag along with us at LCF

About Danny
Danny has a legendary athletic reputation in our area as having one of the most impressive engines around and is an inspiring athlete to chase as the GOAT in endurance races. On top of regularly earning his place in the top 4% in the Worldwide CrossFit Open, Danny is also the adventurous father and husband to his wife Heidi and their three adorable and extremely athletic kids, Cypress, Juniper and Oren.

Some of our favorite qualities of Danny’s are his fresh creativity, the inspiring active life he leads, and his belief in the potential of other athletes.

CrossFit Kids Assistant Coach, Ages 4-8
Katie Kennedy

About Katie:
Katie runs our "Littles" CrossFit Kids classes alongside fellow LCF Trainer and Mom, Meg Kennedy.
These kids adore her fun, well-thought-out classes filled with games, drills, and fast-moving workouts.
Katie is a 9th Grader here in Littleton, NH who loves music, hanging with her best friend, shopping, CrossFit and is a gifted Competitive Dancer in ballet, contemporary, lyrical, hip-hop, and jazz, incorporating acrobatics at every opportunity.
​
She is also a very caring and thoughtful big sister to her two younger siblings and a huge help to her mama!
​
Q. #1: What's the most inspiring thing about coaching at Littleton CrossFit?
The cute kids I get to lead and then energetic way they show up for class. I also love the leadership experience I'm receiving as I coach these sessions.
Q. #2: When I was 5, I was sure I'd be an artist when I grew up.

Scott Bluni

About Scott
Scott is a Senior Partner at Goodwin Procter, an international law firm where he practices intellectual property law and focuses on medical technologies. Scott and his wife, Maria have two golden retrievers - Grady and Moxie - that pretty much call the shots at home. They's also the proud parents of two grown sons, Scotty Jr. and Mark.
Scott has been into CrossFit fairly religiously since 2017 and is looking forward to getting his L-2 Coaching Certification this Spring to hone his craft.

Some of our favorite things about Scott are his goofy sense of humor and drive to continually reach for excellence in regards to his own fitness and leading others towards their own achievements and goals.

Seth Hoynoski

About Seth:
Seth is a National Guard Veteran, currently serving as a Grafton County Sheriff Deputy. Seth has a vast background in Endurance Racing and mountain sports, posting competitive results in various Ultra Marathons, Spartans, and Triathlons across the NorthEast.

One of our favorite qualities of Seth's is his drive for excellence in his own training. He also has a deep appreciation for the friendships that grow in this space while we train for greatness together. Seth has big goals for his personal CrossFit career and it's not uncommon to find him grinding away long into the evenings as he works to achieve them.

Q. #1: What's the most inspiring thing about coaching at Littleton CrossFit?
Seeing different members of the community having commonality in becoming the best version of themselves through health and fitness regardless of their athletic background.

About Pam:
Pam is such an amazing example of the power of CrossFit to change someone's life. So much so that she donates her LCF coaching income to sponsoring kids who want to be a part of our CrossFit Kids program but whose parents cannot afford it.
Her life is the byproduct of the amazing global CrossFit Community, having started her journey at CrossFit Malibu.

About Casey:
Casey is an occasional coach at LCF since she accepted a full-time teaching position at Bethlehem Elementary as their 5th/6th Grade Science Teacher. She is an experienced Rowing Instructor and Personal Trainer in addition to being an exceptional Mother and Wife to husband (and well-respected local Country Sheriff), Chris Wilkins and their two budding CrossFit Kids Athletes, ages 8 & 6.

About Merrick:
Merrick coaches as LCF when she's home on breaks from University in Georgia and has the most refreshing outlook on life and her positivity is truly inspiring.
She's an enthusiastic trainer who'll have you feeling awesome about yourself and the effort you're putting forth.
One of our favorite qualities about Merrick is her humble way of connecting with our team and members.
She's an amazing athlete who has overcome so much and yet, she puts others above herself.

Q. #1: What's the most inspiring thing about coaching at Littleton CrossFit?
The sense of community. On my first day, I was immediately welcomed by the members who went out of their way to introduce themselves and learn about me as a person. From there, each session provided the opportunity to relate and learn about everyone else as an individual. The conversations and jokes, along with the collaborative attitude towards training is truly what makes LCF so special.
